Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using AStudio. By using our platform you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using AStudio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use AStudio.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Credits & Subscriptions

  • Free Plan: 10 AI credits per month at no cost. No credit card required.
  • Pro Plan: 500 AI credits per month for $19/month (or $15/month billed annually).
  • Agency Plan: Unlimited AI credits for $49/month (or $39/month billed annually).
  • Credits reset on your monthly billing date. Unused credits do not roll over.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of your first payment on a paid plan if you are not satisfied.
  • Subsequent billing cycles are non-refundable. Partial-month refunds are not issued for cancellations.
  • To request a refund, email astudioaibi@gmail.com within the eligible window.

5. Acceptable Use

  • You may not use AStudio to generate illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or deceptive content.
  • You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform's AI prompts or architecture.
  • You may not resell AI output from AStudio as a standalone product without our written permission.
  • You may not use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6. AI-Generated Content

  • AI outputs are generated using Claude by Anthropic. Output quality is not guaranteed and may contain errors.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before use.
  • AStudio grants you a non-exclusive licence to use AI outputs generated under your account for personal and commercial purposes.
  • We do not claim ownership of content you create using the tools.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The AStudio name, logo, design, and underlying software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • AStudio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability to you in any month shall not exceed the amount you paid us in that month.

9. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
  • You may delete your account at any time from your settings page.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
