Speed. If your site takes more than a few seconds to load on mobile, a chunk of visitors are gone before they see anything. Most people won't wait.

Mobile experience. More than half of the people checking you out are on their phone, often standing outside deciding whether to walk in or call. If the site is hard to read or tap on a small screen, that decision gets made for them.

Credibility signals. Real photos instead of stock images. Clear contact info. Reviews people can actually see. Visitors are scanning for reasons to trust you in about five seconds — give them one.

The fix doesn't have to be expensive or slow
